Return & Refund Policy
We strive to ensure that all products meet high quality and safety standards. Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
- Due to the nature of ayurvedic supplements, hair oil, shampoos, and cleansers, items that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return.
- Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Conditions for Return
- Product must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required.
- Clear images or videos of the issue (damage/defect/wrong item) must be provided.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or partially used products.
- Products returned without original packaging.
- Items purchased under clearance or special discounts (unless damaged or defective).
4. Refund Process
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
- In case of Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
5. Replacement Policy
- Eligible products may be replaced instead of refunded, based on availability.
- Replacement requests follow the same eligibility criteria as returns.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
