Return & Refund Policy

We strive to ensure that all products meet high quality and safety standards. Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
  • Due to the nature of ayurvedic supplements, hair oil, shampoos, and cleansers, items that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return.
  • Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Conditions for Return

  • Product must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required.
  • Clear images or videos of the issue (damage/defect/wrong item) must be provided.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or partially used products.
  • Products returned without original packaging.
  • Items purchased under clearance or special discounts (unless damaged or defective).

4. Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.

5. Replacement Policy

  • Eligible products may be replaced instead of refunded, based on availability.
  • Replacement requests follow the same eligibility criteria as returns.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
